Stored XSS via unescaped decoded post slug

Stored XSS in Yoast SEO 28.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through a crafted post slug. The bulk editor's Page URL/Slug column decodes the permalink with rawurldecode() and inserts the resulting slug into anchor text without HTML escaping. Author-level access and pretty permalinks are required; viewing the affected bulk-editor listing executes the stored script in that viewer's browser.
