Kernel crash via divide-by-zero driver setting

Divide-by-zero in Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge VCP Drivers 6.7.6 and earlier allows local users to crash the Windows kernel. The silabser.sys Windows 8 kernel driver accepts incorrect driver settings and uses a resulting zero value as a divisor, triggering a system-wide kernel failure. Any local unprivileged process can trigger the fault without user interaction; the documented consequence is a crash, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
