Arbitrary file access via table-file symlinks

Symlink following in DBD::File before 1.651 allows local users to read or write files outside configured data directories. The complete_table_name method joins a table name to f_dir or f_dir_search, and open_data uses IO::File->new on the resulting path without rejecting a final-file or DBM side-file symlink. Exploitation requires the ability to plant a symlink in a shared, upload-writable, or sync-writable table directory and accesses targets with the DBI process's privileges.
