Remote crash via unguarded event-table dereference

NULL pointer dereference in NASA cFS HS before 7.0.1 allows remote attackers to crash HS with a Housekeeping Telemetry request. HS_SendHkCmd iterates through EMTablePtr and reads event-monitor entries without first verifying that the table address is non-NULL. The fault is reachable when the event-monitor table address is unavailable; triggering it terminates HS and interrupts health monitoring.
