Unauthenticated file upload via missing type validation

Arbitrary file upload in TENTEE GLOBAL SARL Instant Appointment 1.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to place files on WordPress servers. The insapp_upload_image_as_attachment function accepts uploaded content without validating its file type before storing it as an attachment. No authentication or user interaction is required; code execution depends on the server treating an uploaded file as executable content.
