CVE-2026-15260Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Subscriber-level record tampering via missing AJAX authorization

Published Aug 3, 2026 · Updated Aug 3, 2026

IDOR in the GEOmyWP WordPress plugin before 4.5.5.3 allows remote authenticated users to alter or permanently delete geolocation records. The gmw_lf_update_location and gmw_lf_delete_location AJAX actions trust attacker-supplied sequential record IDs after checking a shared form nonce, without verifying record ownership or caller capability. Subscriber access and a page rendering any location form expose the nonce, enabling dataset-wide corruption or erasure during the nonce window.
