CVE-2026-15257Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Unauthenticated record overwrite via unchecked submission identifier

Published Jul 30, 2026 · Updated Jul 30, 2026

IDOR in Metagauss RegistrationMagic before 6.0.9.4 allows remote attackers to overwrite form submissions and linked user profiles. The rm_user_form_edit_sub front-end action accepts attacker-selected form and submission identifiers and writes submitted field values without authorization, ownership, or nonce checks. Exploitation requires front-end submission editing to be enabled and published, an editable field, and an existing submission linked by email to a non-administrator account.
