Booking approval bypass via unrestricted field assignment

Mass assignment in LatePoint before 5.6.8 allows remote attackers to bypass booking approval through the public booking funnel. The funnel accepts attacker-controlled booking fields through unauthenticated admin-ajax requests and persists the privileged status value without restricting it to server-controlled fields. A bookable site with at least one active service, agent, and work period is enough; setting status to approved creates an approved booking under the default pending-approval workflow.
