Cluster-admin escalation via overprivileged service accounts

Incorrect privilege assignment in Red Hat OpenShift AI allows attackers to gain cluster-admin access or read cluster-wide secrets. The maas-api and maas-controller ServiceAccounts receive cluster-wide RBAC permissions beyond their operational requirements. Exploitation requires prior compromise of either ServiceAccount identity or the ability to create a malicious pod in its namespace; successful abuse permits new ClusterRoleBindings or access to all cluster secrets.
