IDOR in JoomSky JS Help Desk before 3.1.5 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' support tickets through the control panel. The add-ticket layout accepts a user-controlled jssupportticketid and renders the referenced ticket without verifying that the requester owns it. Subscriber access and a published control-panel page are required; exposed fields include the reporter's name, email, phone, subject, and message body.
