Heap-data disclosure and crash via incorrect bounds checks

Heap-based buffer overflow in LibreDWG 0.13.0 through 0.13.4 allows local users to read heap data or crash dwgbmp via a malformed DWG file. The dwg_bmp function compares thumbnail sizes with the total buffer rather than the current byte offset and permits a read when the offset equals the buffer end. A local user must make dwgbmp or another BMP-extraction consumer process the file; the demonstrated path passes an oversized heap span to fwrite and aborts under AddressSanitizer.
