Analyzer crash via unchecked UMTS FP index

Global buffer overflow in Wireshark 4.4.0 through 4.4.16 and 4.6.0 through 4.6.6 allows attackers to crash the analyzer. The UMTS FP E-DCH Type-2 dissector increments a packet-controlled MAC-is SDU index without enforcing the 16-entry inner-array bound, then writes attacker-derived LCH-ID and length values past the static subframes array. Triggering requires a malformed packet trace to be opened or a malformed packet to reach passive analysis, causing the Wireshark, TShark, or sharkd process to terminate.
