Pipeline denial of service via unchecked regex

Regular expression denial of service in Red Hat OpenShift AI allows remote attackers on an adjacent network to exhaust detector workers. RegexDetectorRegistry.handle_request passes unrecognized detector_params.regex values verbatim to Python re.finditer without a timeout, length limit, or complexity check. Requests normally pass through the Guardrails Orchestrator; four concurrent crafted patterns can pin all workers, interrupting the pipeline or bypassing guardrails.
