Privilege escalation in WebCodingPlace Real Estate Manager Pro 12.8.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to become administrators. The allow_attachment_actions() function passes a target user ID through attachment-oriented capability logic, so an ID collision with a media attachment grants edit authority over that user. Subscriber-level access and a target administrator ID matching an existing attachment ID are required; successful exploitation grants the Administrator role.
