Authenticated document disclosure via client-side authorization

Incorrect authorization in Official Document Management System 5.0.77 through 5.0.98 allows remote authenticated users to read all official documents. Modifying the front-end code exposes document access because the server does not independently enforce authorization for each requested document. Any authenticated remote account can bypass interface restrictions and retrieve documents outside its assigned scope, with no reported write or service-interruption impact.
