Cross-origin script execution via form-change reentrancy

Cross-site scripting in Forms in Google Chrome before 150.0.7871.115 allows remote attackers to execute scripts across origins via crafted HTML. Blink's HTMLFieldSetElement::ChildrenChanged path fires a form-control change event while disabledness-changing DOM mutations are still running, permitting attacker-controlled script reentrancy. A user must open the crafted page and interact with its form control; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied script or HTML across an origin boundary.
