OS command injection in D-Link DIR-615 firmware 4.10 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through MAC filter requests. The MAC Filter Configuration handler in /adv_mac_filter.php processes the attacker-controlled mac argument in a way that permits OS command injection; the underlying function is undisclosed. Administrative privileges and network access to the management interface are required, and successful exploitation can fully compromise the router.
