Filter bypass via inverted string comparisons

Incorrect predicate evaluation in DBI::SQL::Nano 1.42 through 1.650 allows attackers to bypass file-backed data filters. In is_matched, the nonnumeric string branch evaluates <= with Perl's ge operator and >= with le, selecting the complementary row set. Exposure requires DBI file-backed drivers to use SQL::Nano and a security decision to depend on an affected text comparison; queries can return rows outside the intended filter.
