Multisite takeover via unauthenticated panel key binding
Published Aug 9, 2026 · Updated Aug 9, 2026
Authentication bypass in Revmakx InfiniteWP Client before 1.13.6 allows remote attackers to seize WordPress Multisite administrator sessions. On a subsite created after network activation, add_site accepts an attacker-controlled RSA key when iwp_client_activate_key is empty, then exposes a fallback key used to forge get_cookie requests. The target must be a Multisite deployment with the plugin network-active and an affected subsite; successful exploitation grants network super-admin access and permits arbitrary PHP execution.
