PHP code execution via forged template inclusion

Cross-site request forgery in Tim Whitlock Loco Translate 2.8.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code. The execTemplate function accepts an attacker-controlled template URI without effective nonce validation, lets a php://filter wrapper bypass path validation, and passes it to a PHP include sink. Exploitation requires an authenticated site administrator to submit the forged request, such as by clicking a malicious link, and results in server-side code execution.
