Proxy credential disclosure via event log entries

Sensitive information exposure in AVEVA PI to CONNECT Agent 2.4.2520 and earlier allows local users to read proxy credentials from logs. When a credential-bearing proxy URI is configured, the agent writes the proxy URL and credentials into its Windows event log files instead of excluding the secret. Membership in Event Log Readers (S-1-5-32-573) is required, and the disclosed credentials grant unauthorized proxy access.
