Authenticated user email disclosure via unchecked listing handler

Sensitive data disclosure in JS Help Desk before 3.1.4 allows remote authenticated users to enumerate registered users' email addresses. The getuserlistajax handler accepts paginated requests from Contributors without a capability check, while activation grants its support-agent capability to the Contributor role by default. A Contributor account and a nonce exposed on the add-ticket admin page are required, and the response reveals usernames, display names, and email addresses for every registered user.
