Missing authorization in JS Help Desk before 3.1.4 allows remote attackers to upload files into arbitrary support tickets. The front-end request dispatcher accepts saveattachments requests without authentication, a nonce, or a ticket-ownership check and creates an attachment file and database row for the supplied ticket ID. An existing ticket ID is required, and the default allowlist limits uploads to inert file types visible to ticket owners, agents, and administrators.
