Cross-ticket disclosure via unchecked search handler

Information disclosure in JoomSky JS Help Desk before 3.1.4 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' support tickets. The nonce-gated checkAIReplyTicketsBySubject search handler returns subjects and full message bodies without authorization or ticket-ownership checks. A Subscriber who owns one ticket can obtain the nonce, query the shared ticket table through WordPress AJAX, and retrieve private content belonging to other users.
