Unauthenticated export disclosure via predictable download key

Information disclosure in Import WP before 2.14.23 allows remote attackers to download administrator-generated export files without authentication. The admin-post.php export download handler accepts an enumerable exporter ID and validates access only with an MD5 of the export completion timestamp, without an authorization check. An unconsumed export must exist, and knowledge of its approximate completion time enables recovery of login names, email addresses, roles, and capability data.
