Authenticated root file read via symlink replacement

Improper link resolution in Research and Engineering Studio on AWS 2026.03 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to read host files. Auth.GetUserPrivateKey follows the caller's ~/.ssh/id_rsa symbolic link, and the root cluster-manager process returns the linked file instead of restricting access to the caller's key. Any authenticated user who can replace that path can retrieve root-readable files, including other users' SSH keys and application secrets.
