CVE-2026-14826Network attack vector

Cross-quiz configuration disclosure via missing ownership check

Published Aug 19, 2026 · Updated Aug 19, 2026

Missing authorization in Quiz and Survey Master before 11.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to read other users' quiz settings. The email-notification and results-page REST GET endpoints return quiz configuration by identifier but do not verify that the requesting contributor owns the referenced quiz. Contributor-level access or higher is required, and the disclosed data is limited to configuration such as notification recipient addresses and results-page settings rather than quiz modification.
