Improper access control in The GDPR Framework before 2.4.0 allows remote attackers to forge consent records and submit privacy requests. The cookie-consent and privacy-request handlers record attacker-supplied email identities without verifying authorization or that the requester is the data subject. No account or user interaction is required; forged choices can affect arbitrary email addresses, and repeated submissions can flood the site's request queue.
