Process crash via zero TeXML timeScale

Divide by zero in GPAC 26.03-DEV-rev342-g80071f700-master allows local users to crash the gpac process with a crafted TeXML file. In src/filters/load_text.c, txtin_texml_setup parses the root timeScale attribute with atoi without rejecting zero, and txtin_probe_duration later divides the duration by that value. Exploitation requires the crafted subtitle to be processed locally and terminates only the affected GPAC process, interrupting its current media workflow.
