Stored script execution via unsanitized invoice notes

Stored XSS in Crater 6.0.0 through 6.0.6 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in customers' browsers through invoice notes. InvoicesRequest accepts notes without an HTML rule, getFormattedString removes only empty tags, and the customer portal passes formatted_notes to Vue v-html for unescaped DOM insertion. Invoice creation or editing permission and a customer viewing the crafted invoice are required; execution can steal session tokens, capture keystrokes, phish credentials, or deface the portal.
