Local crash via stale IO descriptor

Use after free in r_core_bin_load in radareorg radare2 6.1.0 through 6.1.6 allows local users to crash the process. The loader caches an IO descriptor pointer, invokes the configured cmd.load hook, and dereferences that pointer after the hook closes the descriptor. Exploitation requires local execution with a cmd.load command that closes the active descriptor; the demonstrated consequence is a radare2 process crash.
