Process crash via wrapped replacement-buffer length

Integer overflow in radareorg radare2 6.1.0 through 6.1.6 allows local users to crash a process via a crafted replacement length. r_str_word_get0set in libr/util/str.c stores the replacement-buffer length in a signed integer, lets the calculation wrap, and passes the invalid size to malloc. Exploitation requires local code capable of calling the library helper with an extreme stralen value; the demonstrated consequence is process termination.
