CVE-2026-14784Network attack vector

Host command execution via exposed Docker socket

Published Jul 6, 2026 · Updated Jul 6, 2026

Sandbox escape in VXControl PentAGI 2.0 and 2.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands on the host through Docker API access. The Docker client bind-mounts the host's /var/run/docker.sock into each agent sandbox when DOCKER_INSIDE is enabled, giving sandbox processes unrestricted daemon access. A malicious prompt must reach an agent in that configuration; the socket permits privileged containers, host-filesystem writes, and control of sibling workloads.
