SQL injection in itsourcecode.com Hospital Management System in PHP 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to access the database. The paymentdischarge.php endpoint inserts the GET patientid value into a MySQL query without sanitization or validation, allowing crafted SQL syntax to alter the query. Valid credentials are required; the demonstrated error-based payload enables unauthorized database reads and data tampering.
