Process crash via signed length overflow

Integer overflow in radare2 6.1.0 through 6.1.6 allows local users to crash the process through oversized string concatenation. The r_str_append and r_str_prepend functions in libr/util/str.c stored strlen results in signed int variables, so the combined allocation length overflowed before realloc. Triggering the demonstrated boundary condition requires local execution of a harness or another caller able to supply strings totaling beyond INT_MAX, and the bounded consequence is process interruption.
