Process crash via undersized LineNumberTable buffer

Out-of-bounds read in radare2 6.1.0 through 6.1.6 allows local users to crash the process with a malformed Java class attribute. r_bin_java_line_number_table_attr_new accepts a six-byte LineNumberTable buffer, advances to offset six, and reads a two-byte ushort beyond the allocation. A low-privileged local user must cause the parser to process the crafted attribute; the demonstrated consequence is a sanitizer-detected crash, not code execution.
