Unauthenticated database disclosure via Id_usuario SQL injection

Out-of-band SQL injection in Quatuor Evaluación de Desempeño allows remote attackers to read sensitive database data via crafted Id_usuario requests. The /evaluacion_acciones_evalua.aspx endpoint incorporates Id_usuario into an SQL command without neutralizing attacker-controlled SQL syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required, and out-of-band database responses disclose stored information through an external channel.
