Authenticated database disclosure via unquoted id parameter
Published Jul 5, 2026 · Updated Jul 5, 2026
SQL injection in SourceCodester Multi-Vendor Online Grocery Management System 1.0 and 5.7.26 allows remote authenticated users to read database records. In classes/Master.php, save_shop_type extracts the id POST parameter and concatenates it unquoted into a SELECT statement, while capture_err returns the resulting MySQL error in JSON. Administrator access is required, and crafted extractvalue expressions disclose query results through XPath error messages in HTTP responses.
