Application crash via oversized ASN.1 length allocation

Resource exhaustion in affected Bouncy Castle Java libraries allows remote attackers to crash applications via crafted ASN.1 input. DefiniteLengthInputStream.toByteArray() allocates the entire declared definite-length object before reading any content from a raw stream. Reachability requires a consuming application to parse attacker-controlled ASN.1; affected releases are Java before 1.85, Java LTS before 2.73.12, and FIPS bc-fips before 1.0.2.7, 2.0.2, or 2.1.3 and bctls-fips before 1.0.24.
