Script execution via unencoded remove-user ID
Published Jul 4, 2026 · Updated Jul 4, 2026
Reflected XSS in Code Projects Assessment Management 1.0 allows remote attackers to run script in a user's browser via a crafted URL. The /admin/remove-user.php page inserts the id parameter into a readonly Username input's value attribute without HTML encoding, so a quote can terminate the attribute and introduce executable markup. Exploitation requires an authenticated user, including an administrator, to open the crafted URL; the script runs only in that user's application origin.
