Kernel crash via unchecked serial ioctl payload

Improper input validation in RT-Thread 5.2.0 through 5.2.2 allows local users to crash the kernel through a serial ioctl. sys_ioctl forwards a user-supplied configuration pointer into serial driver code, and the imx6ull-smart UART callback divides the hardware clock by an unchecked zero baud rate. Exploitation requires an RT-Smart process that can open the serial device node and supply a readable configuration with the current buffer size.
