Cross-session data exposure via under-scoped session key

CWE-488 in FederatedAI FATE OSX Broker 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to read another session's data. QueuePushReqStreamObserver.initEggroll uses only rollSiteSessionId, dstRole and dstPartyId for both its cache key and Eggroll session lookup, omitting owner, tenant, job and source-party context. An authenticated user who can submit a colliding RollSiteHeader reuses a victim's backend session identity; the result is bounded to cross-session data disclosure.
