AMF crash via stale RAN-UE assertion

Reachable assertion in the Open5GS AMF 2.7.0 through 2.7.7 allows remote authenticated users to crash the AMF via a delayed NRF response. amf_nnrf_handle_nf_discover resolves a stale RAN-UE identifier and asserts the unchecked NULL result after the associated context is removed. Exploitation requires an absent SMF, delayed discovery response, terminated gNB connection, and disabled or unavailable SCP; success terminates the AMF process.
