Information disclosure in Hermes Agent 2026.4.0 through 2026.4.30 allows remote authenticated users to view transient reasoning text. The gateway stream consumer uses case-sensitive literal matching for inline reasoning tags, so mixed-case tags bypass its live filter. The leak is limited to intermediate streaming frames; the final delivered message passes through a case-insensitive scrub and does not retain the text.
