Memory corruption via non-positive CSM frame range

Heap-based buffer overflow in Assimp 6.0.0 through 6.0.5 allows local users to corrupt memory by importing a malformed CSM file. CSMImporter::InternReadFile derives an aiVectorKey allocation from a non-positive frame range and writes a 24-byte key into a one-byte heap region. The demonstrated proof of concept triggers an AddressSanitizer-detected crash; no code-execution outcome is established.
