Editor-level database disclosure via unprepared domain queries
Published Aug 21, 2026 · Updated Aug 21, 2026
SQL injection in Link Whisper Free before 0.9.7 allows remote authenticated users with Editor access to read database data via a domain parameter. Dashboard domain-report queries interpolate an attacker-controlled hostname as SQL data without a prepared statement, allowing SQL syntax to change query semantics. Editor-level access or higher is required; published material does not identify the request handler or any ability to modify data or interrupt service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
