Unauthorized artifact upload via missing permission check

Authorization bypass in Nexus Repository 3 before 3.94.0 allows remote attackers to upload artifacts through the component API. POST /service/rest/v1/components accepts Swift, Terraform, or Conda uploads from principals with read/browse access but no edit permission. Exploitation normally requires an authenticated account and an affected hosted repository; explicitly enabled anonymous access removes the credential requirement and permits attacker-controlled artifacts to reach downstream consumers.
