Unauthenticated file deletion via unchecked removal path
Published Aug 15, 2026 · Updated Aug 15, 2026
Arbitrary file deletion in RapiSafe 1.0.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to delete server files through its AJAX removal handler. handleAjaxRemoveUpload combines attacker-controlled rsmfcf7_session and file_name values into a removal path without restricting it to the upload directory. Any visitor to a page containing a RapiSafe upload field can obtain the exposed nonce; deleting wp-config.php can enable code execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
