Authenticated command execution via ipaddr shell injection

OS command injection in the DIR-615 web interface through 4.10 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands through a crafted ipaddr value. The /wiz_policy_3_machine.php handler incorporates ipaddr into an operating-system command without neutralizing command syntax. Administrative web-interface access is required, and successful exploitation grants command execution with the router service's privileges.
