Process crash via oversized DNS response

Out-of-bounds read in MTR 0.96 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the process via a crafted DNS TXT response. The ipinfo_lookup() routine passes the full response length to dn_expand() as the end-of-message boundary even though the answer buffer is limited to 512 bytes. Exploitation requires AS lookups and control over their DNS TXT reply; a compression pointer in the answer NAME field then causes a reliable process crash.
